Sivakami (pronounced She-vuh-kaa-me) is a Business Leader turned Online Educator, specializing in Leadership Psychology.

She moved from the Corporate World into teaching in 2015.

Since then, she has coached university students, business leaders, and managers around the world. She is a bestselling Udemy instructor, and a Udemy Instructor Partner, a title held by less than 1% of Udemy Business instructors. More than 165,000 students, from 181 countries, have taken her courses.

All her Courses draw on research from Cognitive and Social Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behavioral Economics. She turns that research into practical strategies that today's leaders and managers can actually use.

Before teaching, Sivakami spent almost two decades in leadership roles at large multinational companies. She led global teams, drove major initiatives, and helped shape corporate policy, while working toward demanding business goals.
Along the way, she coached and mentored many young leaders and managers, and experienced first hand both the joys and the challenges of leadership.

She holds an MBA from a prestigious Asian business school, and a postgraduate degree in Business Research Methods from the Edinburgh Business School, where she specialized in Leadership Psychology.
She is also certified by Yale, through Coursera, in Introduction to Psychology and Moralities of Everyday Life, and completed The Science of Everyday Thinking through edX and the University of Queensland, Australia.
