The PMI-CPMAI exam is decided by one thing most candidates underestimate: volume of scenario practice under exam conditions. This course gives you 720 unique questions, with no repeats between tests, built to the September 2025 Examination Content Outline, every one with a full rationale.
Reading theory is not the same as passing. The real exam asks what the project manager should do next, in vague, high-stakes situations where two answers look correct and only one follows the CPMAI methodology. This course trains that judgement.
IMPORTANT: CERTIFICATION ELIGIBILITY
This course is independent scenario practice created by an individual instructor. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by PMI, and it does not grant PMI-CPMAI exam eligibility.
Before you can schedule the exam you must complete the required PMI-CPMAI training hours through PMI or a PMI Authorized Training Partner. PMI reviews these eligibility rules periodically, including the accepted delivery format for those hours. Confirm the current requirements on the official PMI website before you book.
Use this course as practice alongside that required training, not instead of it. There is no instructional video content here.
HOW IT IS STRUCTURED
Six practice tests, 120 questions each, 720 in total. All timed, all scored against the 70 percent pass mark, all with randomised question and answer order so a retake tests judgement and not memory.
Four domain tests isolate weak areas before they cost you marks, each mapped to the ECO domains and their official weightings. Domain I, Support Responsible and Trustworthy AI Efforts, 15 percent. Domain II, Identify Business Needs and Solutions, 26 percent. Domains III and IV combined, Identify Data Needs at 26 percent and Manage AI Model Development and Evaluation at 16 percent. Domain V, Operationalize AI Solution, 17 percent. Each domain test runs 120 questions in 150 minutes.
Two full mock exams then replicate the real thing exactly: 120 questions in 160 minutes, the same length and the same clock as the PMI-CPMAI exam itself. That is where you build the endurance and pace the exam demands.
HOW TO USE IT TO PASS
Do not memorise answers. Read the rationale for every question, including the ones you got right. Every question carries a full explanation of why the correct option follows the ECO task, and most questions also break down why each individual distractor fails. That is how you internalise PMI reasoning instead of pattern-matching.
Work the four domain tests first, in ECO order, so you fix weaknesses while there is still time. Keep the two full mock exams for the final fortnight, so they measure readiness rather than progress. Treat 75 percent or above on both mocks as your readiness signal, comfortably clear of the 70 percent pass mark.
WHY IT IS CURRENT
Mapped strictly to the September 2025 Examination Content Outline, the version in force, so you never practise on obsolete material. Written by an instructor holding the PMI-CPMAI, PMP and PMI-ACP certifications.
WHO THIS IS FOR
