    It’s been a 5 year process: Confidence was high even in the first pic. …but so was my blood pressure 😩. So I began making changes, little by little—stuff I could SUSTAIN (nothing extreme that would cause me to burnout). Medically, I’m GREAT NOW — no need for meds of any sort
